REQUISITES FOR REGISTRATION OF SALE DEED

                      

1. It is mandatory to purchase stamp through RTGS when stamp amount is more than Rs.9lakhs.

2. Pan card of purchaser is mandatory.

3. If person buying is more than one then ETC. word shall be             used after the name of first party and fist name should be used in DD/CHEQUES instead of writing all the names.

4.  If through cah than self attested copy of pan card is mandatory.

5.  Photocopy of previous sale deed / conveyance deed of property to be registered.

6.  Self attested copy of pan card of both parties.

7. I.D. Proof i.e. - voter card / passport / driving licence etc (self attested)

8. In case property to be registered is independent house then completion certificate is needed.

9. All the property related documents should be carried along.
10. Two witnesses are must.
